Traveller Agreement

Between: ShareMyBag (the "Company"), operating under Nigerian law and/or a UK Ltd company, and The Traveller (the “Contractor”).

Effective Date: The date from which the traveler agrees to this agreement.

This Agreement sets the terms under which the Traveller agrees to carry packages or personal items arranged through ShareMyBag's peer-to-peer baggage sharing platform.

The Traveller is an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or representative of ShareMyBag. Nothing in this agreement constitutes an employer-employee relationship, joint venture, or partnership.

The Traveller agrees to:

• 1. Carry listed items on their personal trip for a service fee.
• 2. Ensure all items transported comply with all customs, immigration, and aviation laws of the destination and transit countries.
• 3. Use only personally booked and verifiable flights.
• 4. Confirm identity and travel details through ShareMyBag's verification process.
• 5. Check parcels following guidance from ShareMyBag.
• 6. Only accept items listed on the customer’s content list provided by ShareMyBag.
• 7. Receive parcels at their specified drop off location and within the time limit advised by ShareMyBag.
• 8. Be available to hand over parcel to local courier agents at their destination within 24hrs of arrival.

The Traveller will receive £5.00 on the Nigeria-UK route or £4.50 on the UK-Nigeria route ("Transport Fee") 48 hours after their arrival. ShareMyBag will retain a platform service fee from the total amount. Payments will be processed through a designated UK/Nigerian bank or digital wallet once the delivery is verified. If delivery is not completed, ShareMyBag may withhold payment pending dispute resolution.

The Traveller shall not agree to carry:

• 1. Weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, or any items prohibited by law.
• 2. Undeclared cash or valuables.
• 3. Biological, toxic, or hazardous substances.

Any violation will result in an immediate ban and potential reporting to authorities.

The Traveller carries items at their own risk. ShareMyBag does not insure the items nor accept liability for any legal, civil, or criminal consequences. The Traveller agrees to indemnify and hold ShareMyBag harmless from any claims, liabilities, or damages resulting from their actions or omissions.

Disputes will first be handled by ShareMyBag’s internal support team. If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of UK. Optional arbitration or mediation may be pursued before litigation.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time before a delivery assignment is accepted. ShareMyBag reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any traveller who violates the terms.

The Traveller agrees that their information (ID, contact, travel info) may be collected and stored in accordance with UK GDPR. ShareMyBag will not share personal data with third parties except as required for verification, delivery, or legal purposes.

This agreement represents the entire understanding between the Traveller and ShareMyBag and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements.
